G-CELL Side Impact Protection ensures their safety throughout childhood. Tanza i-Size’s got your child covered for safe and comfortable travels from 3.5 years old (100 cm) up to 12 years old (150 cm).

Our design consultancy collaborated as a seamless team of designers and engineers to deliver comprehensive, turn-key support for the development of this booster seat. From the earliest stages of concept generation, we worked closely with the client to define a vision that balanced safety, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. Our interdisciplinary team translated these ideas into detailed prototypes, iterating quickly to refine form and function. We then provided full engineering support to bring the design to life, ensuring every component met rigorous safety standards. Finally, we guided the product through compliance and regulatory approval, supporting its successful transition to market.

This product also achieved global recognition winning two of the most prestigious design awards in 2023, namely, the Red Dot Design Award and the iF award.

The seat is unique in that it folds into a compact form without compromising on the internal space. The seat is not only extremely lightweight and compact, but it also has several unique features that set it apart from other similar products on the market. Voice-activated LED lights on the base aid in the illumination of the important fitting features during installation. Targeted ventilation to the upper body and neck area improves temperature control and comfort, and super high-tech energy absorbing material is used on the side of the seat for better crash protection.
