JMDA Boost Creativity With Group Fitness

Research suggests that participating in regular aerobic exercise is very beneficial for thinking and cognition. It can also enhance the function of the prefrontal cortex, which is important for creativity and moving attention from task to task. Here at JMDA we hope to channel creative thinking, enhance productivity and encourage exciting and innovate design, all whilst having a bit of fun, and as such, have begun attending weekly circuit sessions at Tonic Personal Training Studios.
